Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the product as well as the final shipping destination.  Shipping rates will calculated during checkout, and will be displayed before the final confirmation of the purchase.  If for some reason the shipping cost is an issue, you will be given the option to cancel before placing the order. Free local pick-up is available as an alternative to shipping. You can select this option in checkout if interested. 

Tracking Information

We will send you the tracking information if a tracking number is provided to us by the carrier.  

Returns

If the product is damaged during delivery, please email us immediately at Jake@PrattWoodworks.com and we will advise you on the next steps.
