This unique edge-grain board is a blend of five contrasting woods -- Walnut, Red Oak, Cherry, Poplar, and White Oak.  The edges have an angled finish with a round-over edge for a smooth, natural look.  The board is finished with kitchen-grade mineral oil, keeping the wood in good condition and always safe for food.
